Contact us with questionsVulcan uses capacitive electronic impulses. The physical treatment changes the crystallisation of the minerals so that limescale is carried through the pipe as a fine powder instead of building up on the wall.
No. All minerals stay in the water. Nothing is added, nothing is removed — the water remains drinkable and keeps its taste.
All of them — copper, steel, stainless steel, cast iron, PVC, PE and composite pipes. The impulse bands are mounted on the outside of the pipe.
Protection starts immediately. Existing deposits dissolve gradually — depending on the system, first effects are usually visible after two to twelve weeks.
The warranty covers the Vulcan device and the impulse bands. Registration is done once at the time of installation.
The model is determined by pipe diameter and application. The Model Finder guides you through it in a few clicks — from a 25 mm home installation up to 1000 mm industrial lines.

Yes. The system has no contact with the water — it works from the outside of the pipe and therefore requires no certification of wetted parts.
